Accessibility Statement

Penates Inc is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone, including people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for all and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA — the technical standard adopted by the U.S. Department of Justice under Title II of the ADA.

Measures We Take

  • We include accessibility as part of our mission and design process.
  • We run regular automated and manual audits, including keyboard and screen-reader testing.
  • We train editorial staff on alt text, heading order, and plain-language writing.
  • We enforce lint rules (jsx-a11y) to catch common issues at development time.

Known Limitations

Some third-party services embedded in the site (for example, Stripe's checkout flow) are outside our direct control. We work with providers that also prioritize accessibility and monitor their performance.

If you encounter an accessibility problem on this site, or need information in an alternate format, please contact us. We respond to requests for assistance within five business days.

Formal Enforcement

We work in good faith to resolve accessibility issues. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division at ada.gov.
